Vendor Registration for the
McDowell County Fire, Rescue, and EMS College would like to take this opportunity to invite you to be a vendor at the upcoming college to be held on March 14th, 15th, and 16th 2025. The College will be held at McDowell Technical Community College.
All vendors and food trucks will be centrally located and easyil accessible for setup. We will provide each vendor with 2 tables; each additional table will cost 100.00 dollars. We will have an online payment option. You will be able to find the payment options posted below.

Dates: March 14th, 15th and 16th
Cost: $200.00 each vendor
$50 per vehicle display space
Vendor booths will be open for sales Friday, March 14th Noon to 8PM, Saturday, March 15th, 8AM-5PM,
and Sunday, March 16th, 8AM-3PM.
Vendor Set Up Times: Friday, March 14th, 8:00 am
Saturday, March 15th, 7:00 am
Sunday, March 16th, 8:00 am
Vendor Demob Time: Sunday, March 16th, 3:00 pm

Space will be limited to those reserved by prepayment.
Deadline for vendor registration is February 07, 2025
Vendors may register and pay online, or register offline and pay by mail.
No registration will be taken by telephone or fax. All fees must accompany the registration form for offline registration.
